This is a Charming Type Specimen.

Vienna-based illustrator/designer/typographer Oliver Hofmann created the headline font “Elevador” for his diploma project.

We love (x10) this style of typeface here at Super Nrmal, but what really makes this project exceptional is Hofmann’s hand-bound, illustrated specimen book.

These somewhat unconventional ligatures are as charming as the illustrations.
